Rig-Ready Parts Sheet

After filming a night-out clip under the city lights, I kept thinking about the beat drop. I like that one drawing becomes a labeled parts sheet for 2D rigging and animation. **tips from me:** - use a clear full-body or upper-body illustration of an adult character - front-facing artwork usually separates into cleaner pieces - keep the 16:9 default, or request 4:3 or 1:1 - choose a full breakdown, face and hair only, or describe your split If you make one, post what you put together.

# Rig-Ready Parts Sheet

From one drawing to a rigger's dream. Your character is broken down into a clean, labeled-by-layout parts sheet: separate eyes, brows, mouth shapes, hair locks, face base, body and outfit pieces, ready to rig.

## When to use

- The user wants an anime or illustrated character broken into a parts-separated asset sheet for 2D rigging and animation (layer separation sheet, VTuber model parts, character puppet parts)
- A variation on a previous result: face and hair only

Not for: Video output (use a video skill).

## Inputs and gates

| Input | Required | Default | Gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photo | Yes | — | One clear full-body or upper-body character illustration (adult character), front-facing works best. Ask for another image if the character is tiny, cropped or heavily overlapped |
| Description | No | tuned default below | What the user wants; merged into the prompt |
| Detail | No | `full parts breakdown` | full parts breakdown (default), face and hair only, or user-described |
| Ratio | No | `16:9 default` | 16:9 default; 4:3, 1:1 on request |

- If the person may be under 18, stop and decline politely. Real-person photos must be of adults the user has the right to use.
- Fashion, dark and horror themes are fine as stills; refuse explicit sexual content and anything sexualizing minors.

## Steps

1. Read `references/image-edit.md` for prompt structure.
2. **Identity read**: `recognize_image(image_url=<photo>, prompt='Describe this adult for identity preservation: face shape, eye shape and color, brows, nose, lips, skin tone, apparent age range, hair color and length, distinctive marks, glasses. One compact line.')`.
3. **Generate**: `generate_image(prompt=<PROMPT>, input_urls=[photo], model='i2i.hd', orientation='landscape', aspect_ratio='16:9', name='Rig-Ready Parts Sheet', entity_type='skill_generation')`. Merge the user's details and options into the template.
4. **Self-check, one retry**: look at the result. If a person photo was used and the face no longer reads as the same person, regenerate with the identity clause first. If someone glancing at it would not instantly see the intended change (it reads as a light filter, the old clothes or background remain, or the style is faint), regenerate once with the change described bigger and more concretely.
5. Reply in one or two sentences, e.g. "Done! Here's your rig-ready parts sheet. I can also try face and hair only if you like." Results appear on the canvas; never paste URLs.

## Prompt templates

**PROMPT**

```text
The same adult from the reference: <identity line>. Same face structure, eyes, skin tone and recognizable likeness; no beautification or face reshaping. Intentional changes: a professional parts-separated asset sheet for 2D rigging of the same character from the reference, on a clean white background: the full character in a neutral front A-pose on the left, and on the right the separated parts neatly laid out in groups with spacing: left and right eyes with separate eyelashes, iris, pupil, highlight and eye-white layers; eyebrows; mouth open and closed with upper teeth, lower teeth and tongue; bald face base with ears and neck; front, side and back hair locks and ponytails as separate pieces; outfit collar, sleeves, arms, torso, skirt and accessories as separate cut-outs; identical line art, colors and shading to the reference, flat clean anime cel style, no overlapping parts. <user details and options>. Every part is cleanly separated with spacing, matches the reference's line art and colors exactly, and is grouped so a rigger can use it directly. Lighting and materials described concretely; composition suited to landscape 16:9. Photoreal unless the style says otherwise, fully clothed, no text unless requested.
```

Quality bar: A usable asset sheet, not an illustration: check that eyes, mouth, hair and outfit pieces are separate and complete; if parts merge or the style drifts from the reference, regenerate once with the parts
